Well can you believe this is in Bangalore? Well this is how most of Bangalore looked like couple of decades ago, it still retains some of its beauty but alas in small pockets like the place this photo of taken – Lalbagh.

The Garden City of India – Bangalore known for its beautiful and lovely landscape is falling prey to rapid urbanisation and to infrastructure development. This photo was taken at Lalbagh which houses one of the few remaining lakes in Bangalore. I wouldn’t be surprised if people start calling Bangalore the city of dying lakes.
