@Rizwan : I am not sure about the rates, but it seems BSNL has now made available this roaming features, it should be a one time charge if any. Please contact BSNL office for more details.

Hi nitin,

I'm using the huawei modem currently in Udupi, karnataka this works in Mangalore and Karkala which are having different city codes.

Is it possible that it might be able to work in bangalore as well because i'm planning to shift soon.

I'm having the monthly 250+tax unlimited plan only.
If it doesnt work in bangalore is there any other way i can make it work by paying extra??
if so how much?

@Karthik : As Deepak mentioned it takes only 2-3 days normally, and ensue that you have setup the connection properly with the given User name and password. If everything looks fine, then please follow up with them because it may be some issue like the one I faced where they have activated the number but the device id is mapped to the wrong number.

@Nisar, BSNL does not seem to provide any other additional services like making calls, sending sms through the device. The option is there but they do not provide the option. People please correct me if I am wrong.
