Update 9:30 p.m.
- The city was back to normal with shops being open, autos and buses running.
- Curfew was back on at sharp 7:00 pm.
- Curfew to be on till 7:00 am tomorrow morning.
- Schools and Colleges will resume classes tomorrow.
- There was a peace meeting held, in which all the important people took part, but there was some argument at the start of meeting regarding who all should be seated in the stage (preside over).
- SP Dayanand gave a proper shouting to the people involved and put the argument to an end.
As at 8:00 a.m:
- Today marks the 6th day since the violence began.
- Curfew lifted between 7 am and 7 pm today.
- Bus Operators have told that buses will run today.
- Auto’s are already on the road.
- Educational institutions will remain closed today.
- Newspaper was delivered as usual.
- Incidentally today will be the first time both auto and buses will be running after being off the road for 5 full days.
